Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using Mog Check ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Quick summary: Mog Check is for entertainment only. AI verdicts are generated humor — they are not real assessments of anyone's appearance, value, or worth as a person. Use the App responsibly and don't be a jerk.
By downloading, installing, or using Mog Check, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Mog Check is an entertainment application that uses AI to compare two photos and generate humorous, satirical commentary. All AI-generated verdicts, scores, roasts, and analysis are produced for comedic effect only. They do not represent factual assessments of anyone's appearance, attractiveness, ability, or worth as a person. The App is provided for fun — nothing more.
Mog Check is satire and parody. No AI output should be interpreted as a genuine evaluation of any person's physical appearance, attractiveness, intelligence, or worth. All comparisons are fictional entertainment generated by an AI with no factual basis.
You must be at least 12 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent before using the App.
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you represent and warrant that:
We do not claim any ownership rights over your photos. As described in our Privacy Policy, your battle photos are not saved unless you turn on "Save my battle photos" in Settings → Privacy, which is off by default; while it is off, no photos are retained. Turning it on retains every photo in a battle, including photos of other people, so only enable it for photos you have permission to keep. You can turn it back off at any time, delete stored photos in the App via Settings → Your Data, or request deletion by contacting us.
By uploading photos, you accept full responsibility for any consequences of sharing the generated results. You agree not to hold Mog Check liable for any AI-generated commentary about photos you chose to upload. You confirm you have consent from any identifiable person in the photos you upload.

You represent that every person depicted in photos you upload has given informed consent to have their photo submitted for AI comparison and comedic commentary. If you upload a photo of someone without their consent, you assume all legal liability. Mog Check is not responsible for how users obtain or use photos.
All roasts, verdicts, winner lines, loser lines, and category scores are generated automatically by AI. They are intentionally absurd, exaggerated, and humorous. They are not factual, scientific, or meaningful assessments. We make no representations about the accuracy of any AI output.
AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected or miss the comedic mark. If you receive a result you find genuinely offensive, please contact us — though we cannot guarantee specific outputs from AI systems.
AI outputs are random, unpredictable, and have no scientific or factual basis. Scores are arbitrary numbers generated for entertainment. No output from this app constitutes professional advice of any kind including medical, psychological, or cosmetic advice. You agree that AI-generated results cannot be used as evidence of defamation, harassment, or any other legal claim against Mog Check or its creator.
The App offers two auto-renewing subscriptions and one non-renewing one-time purchase. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region; the exact price for your region is always shown in the App before you buy.
Mog Pass unlocks unlimited battles, every premium roast style, Group Mog, and battle history. Both plans include exactly the same features — only the billing period and price differ.
Existing subscribers on the retired $4.99/month Mog Pass plan keep that plan and price for as long as they remain subscribed. It is no longer offered to new subscribers.
Free users receive 1 battle per day, plus a limited number of extra battles that can be earned by watching a rewarded ad, sharing a verdict, or redeeming an invite code. The exact number of bonus battles may change. Mog Pass unlocks unlimited battles and premium roast styles.
The App, including its name, design, branding, modes, and underlying systems, is owned by Jamil. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without permission. You retain full rights to your own photos.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or attempts to exploit or harm the service or other users. Termination may occur without prior notice.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet any particular standard. Use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mog Check and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated content, loss of data, or reliance on App results.
You expressly agree that your use of the app is at your sole risk. Under no circumstances shall Mog Check be liable for any emotional distress, reputational harm, or personal injury arising from AI-generated content. By using the app you waive any right to bring claims related to the content of AI-generated verdicts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
